How often should I perform the exercises?

Are the exercises difficult?
No. Just be sure to follow along with the demo video that shows you exactly how to perform the exercises. Remember that you can pause and repeat it until you feel you know how to do the exercise.
Why are there only five exercises?
There are many exercises for firming the face. You will find many programs and companies offering extensive programs that take 30-45 minutes to complete. After much research and testing results with Fivein5 found that these exercises targeted at the most crucial areas of the face, and gave the most beneficial results. If you have a special need or have a medical issues you may want to investigate these more extensive programs. We are confident you will see remarkable results with his short, targeted workout.
Will my muscle be sore from the exercises?
If performed correctly you should not experience soreness. As you continue to do the workout you may decide to add extra reps or an additional workout because your muscles are stronger and can tolerate and respond to additional resistance.
Will I really see a difference in five days?
Yes. The additional blood flow will bring oxygenated nutrients to your skin and you will notice a healthier looking complexion. Certain exercises, if performed correctly, will yield an immediate result. Curious? Try doing the work out on only half your face - but include the press up. You will see an immediate lift in the forehead and eye area. Depending on your age, general health and whether you’ve done facial exercises before, you will see a difference in five days and will continue to see benefits as long as you perform the work out. Do any other factors determine how quickly I will respond to Fivein5?
Yes. They are the same factors that influence any exercise program. Your overall health and fitness when you begin the program, whether or not you do the workout faithfully and regularly, your nutritional status, and of course, genetics. if you are overweight most likely it will take you longer to see results and you may need to do the program longer to develop a dramatic change. Smoking dramatically reduces blood flow to the skin and ages the face. It will slow down results from Fivein5.
What role does skin care play in the Fivein5 program?
Good skin care amplifies your results. Although the underlying muscle toning will eventually determine the contours of your face, poor skin care can make these effects less noticeable. Do your research and use the most nutritive and proven products you can afford. This will complement your progress as you do the workout.
Are Fivein5 results permanent?
Remember, as with any exercise program it takes a while to get in shape, but once you’re in shape it’s easy to maintain it and you can stop working out for awhile before the muscles lose their tone. We recommend trying to do the workout for a solid 30-90 days on a consistent basis. You will see a dramatic difference by then and can taper off to doing the exercises as needed. For some people this could be as little as twice a week. Mature types may want to do it more often. But once you have the base level of fitness and firmness, you can go on vacation and be confident that your results will maintain themselves for a while.
Can I hurt myself doing Fivein5?
Many of the Fivein5 exercises have been used to rehabilitate people with facial injuries and are safe. If you have facial or jaw injuries or conditions, be sure to consult your physician before beginning the workout.
Do I need any equipment to do Fivein5 exercises?
No. Once you’ve memorized the workout you can do it anywhere, any time.
Do I need to use a special breathing technique with Fivein5?
Remember to breathe through the exercises. Deep diaphramatic breathing, as you would do with any fitness exercise, is a good idea.
Is there a way to make the Fivein5 exercises more effective?
We recommend that you stay hydrated. Drink an appropriate quantity of filtered water daily and follow a healthy skin care routine. Those who also eat healthily and exercise their body regularly will tend to have quicker results and see more of a glow after doing the work out.
